At Yaheetech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and office furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or through your account portal with your order number and reason for return.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all hardware included and affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture for damages, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
